We're hiring into the Founder's Office for a GTM (Go-To-Market) generalist who will work directly with the founder to grow the business. This is a broad, high-trust, high-ownership role for someone exceptionally sharp who wants to learn how a company actually scales — from the inside.
What you'll actually do
One week you're standing up a new acquisition channel and reading the numbers to see if it works. The next, you're owning a city launch end-to-end, or fixing a leaky step in the funnel, or building the go-to-market motion for a new service line. You sit between marketing, sales, and operations — and you make growth happen.
• Own go-to-market for new launches, services, and cities — from plan to execution to results.
• Build and test acquisition and demand-generation channels; double down on what works.
• Pull and analyse data to find where growth is leaking and where the next lever is.
• Run cross-functional projects across marketing, sales, and operations to a finished outcome.
• Be a force multiplier for the founder — turn ambiguous goals into shipped results.
Who we're looking for
• 1–3 years in a GTM, growth, marketing, business development, or founder's-office role — startup experience is required (you've worked inside the speed and ambiguity of an early or growth-stage company).
• Strong with numbers — you can structure a problem, read a funnel, and explain what the data means.
• A true generalist who wants range, not a single lane — and finishes what they start.
• Excellent communication and a bias for ownership and speed.
• Comfortable with modern AI tools to move faster. Graduate in any discipline; based in Delhi NCR and able to work on-site in Gurugram.
Not for you if you want a narrow specialist track or problems that arrive fully scoped. This role is broad, fast, and ambiguous — that's the point.
How to apply: Apply through LinkedIn with your CV and a short note on the most interesting thing you've built, grown, or launched.
