We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Business Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This pivotal role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of managing complex schedules, facilitating communication across departments, and contributing to the efficient operation of the executive office. This position is a full-time ongoing position, based at our St Kilda Road Campus.
The Executive Assistant is required to show initiative, resilience, and measured composure under pressure. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a dynamic and supportive environment.
