Robert Half Executive Search (RH ES) has been retained to appoint an accomplished CFO of an ASX listed SaaS scale-up enterprise poised for global growth.
Renowned for its category-defining digital platform operating at the intersection of Proptech, SaaS, and marketplace dynamics, our client’s product suite has disrupted an traditional real estate interactions.
With market leadership across ANZ and significant expansion underway in the US, the business is now poised to scale globally through enterprise partnerships and innovative product offerings. Such multi-market expansion plans are projected to scale via strategic B2B enterprise partnerships, international acquisitions, and the augmentation of its existing SaaS offerings.
This is a rare opportunity to join a publicly listed, high-growth technology business and play a pivotal role in shaping its next phase of value creation.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, and partnering closely with the Board, you will drive implementation of the global strategy, guide capital allocation, optimise SaaS monetisation models, and establish scalable systems to cement the company as the global standard in its market.
You will also have a key role in supporting the ASX listed reporting requirements, leading the investor relations capability and being a key project lead of key finance and technology system projects.
A more detailed account of this hands on, highly engaged business facing CFO includes the broad accountability remit below;
- Strategic Leadership & Capital Markets: Partner with the CEO and Board to refine long-term growth strategies. Model and evaluate multi-market expansion opportunities, including supporting M&A activity and public equity/debt capital raising.
- Investor Relations & Governance: Function as the primary bridge to the capital markets. Lead engagement with ASX investors, analysts, and regulators, building immense market confidence through transparent continuous disclosure.
- Operational Excellence & Financial Oversight: Oversee end-to-end global financial operations across multiple jurisdictions, including accounting, treasury, tax, FP&A, and compliance. Deliver run-rate modeling and monitor advanced SaaS metrics to drive business accountability. Strong fluency in subscription economics and performance metrics (ARR, LTV, CAC, Churn).
- Systems Scalability: Drive the implementation, optimisation, and scaling of advanced global systems, including core ERP platforms, to automate processes and underpin rapid international expansion.
- Team & Culture: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing finance team across onshore and offshore environments, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Reporting & Governance: Ensure timely, accurate, and transparent financial reporting in line with reporting requirements.
- Investor relations: Accomplished strategic finance executive with proven firsthand experience across capital raising, investor relations, and managing board/regulator relationships.
Your Profile
You will have senior finance leadership experience, familiar with managing the reporting, compliance, governance and investor relations requirements of an ASX listed enterprise.
Strongly desirable will be experience within high-growth technology, digital marketplace and/or related SaaS enterprise.
You will be adept at ensuring scale up/transformative stages of business are supported by driving financial automation & managing robust ERP platform within a global business.
Meanwhile, you will provide an inspiring and positively influential impact on team culture, you will be a strong communicator across the business, both internally and supporting investors and Board.
