ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a senior leader to join as an Operating Partner — someone who can own the business engine of Worxwide's consulting at an overall level, gradually to Chief Operations Officer. This role is for a practitioner-turned-operator with deep expertise in Salesforce, AI, and Sales Transformation, ready to run P&L and delivery operations at a boutique that punches above its weight.
For 2 years the role largely includes business development and operations management of delivery- gradually it will lead to a COO role managing largely expanding operations and capability building.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Own P&L for Worxwide's consulting practice — revenue, margins, utilisation, and EBITDA
• Lead delivery governance across active engagements (Manufacturing, BFSI, Professional Services)
• Build and manage the consultant workforce — hiring, performance, and career development
• Drive operational excellence: project profitability, client satisfaction, and repeat business
• Partner with the CEO on strategy, new service offerings, and key account expansion
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 10+ years across Salesforce CRM, AI/ML implementations, and Sales Transformation consulting
• Prior experience managing P&L in a consulting or professional services firm
• Strong delivery leadership — you've run multi-client, multi-team engagements
• Commercial acumen: pricing, contracting, margin management
• Entrepreneurial DNA — excited by the equity upside of building something lasting
