Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all assigned tasks and responsibilities are completed within prescribed SLA parameters.
- Work effectively on CRM applications to manage and track deliverables.
- Respond to internal and external customer inquiries via email and chat, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Actively participate in team meetings, coordinating and collaborating with colleagues.
- Assist co-workers and share business updates, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Be flexible to work across time zones, timelines, and extended hours as required.
