We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Head of Business Operations to drive business performance, operational efficiency, and scalable growth across multiple cities.
What You'll Do:
- Lead business operations across cities and functions
- Drive revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency metrics
- Establish and optimize SOPs, governance frameworks, and business processes
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance and Product teams to ensure seamless execution
- Build performance dashboards and drive data-backed decision-making
- Lead strategic initiatives focused on growth, expansion, automation, and process transformation
- Conduct regular business reviews and drive accountability across teams
- Build and mentor high-performing operations teams
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in Business Operations, sales or operations from Consumer Tech or Startup Operations
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-city operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience driving operational excellence and process improvements
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
- MBA preferred
