This role sits at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, and go-to-market — and is key to how upGrad Enterprise identifies and pursues growth opportunities.
Location: Hybrid (Gurugram/Noida)
Responsibilities:
- GTM Strategy: Stay close to what the market is signalling and what clients need — and use that to continuously sharpen how we position, package, and take our offerings to market.
- Market & Account Planning: Understand market needs, map them to our offerings, and work with Sales and Marketing to build prioritised account plans.
- Partnerships & Outreach: Identify and develop strategic partnerships that open new doors — whether with universities, industry bodies, or complementary organisations.
Key Attributes:
- Creative & Strategic: Brings fresh ideas and follows through on them. Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate research, strategy, and content development.
- Business Acumen: Understands how organisations buy, what drives L&D decisions, and how to build a compelling case for investment.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the education, learning & development, or EdTech space is preferred.
- Collaboration & Communication Skills: Can present findings confidently and work effectively across functions.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline. 2-4 years of experience in strategy, business development, GTM, or a related field preferred.
