Job Title: Analyst, Business Operations
The Business Operations team supports sales, account, and engagement leaders. We bring efficiency to internal functions and enable consultants to focus their time on our clients.
So, what will I do?
The Business Operations Analyst will be responsible for the end-to-end operations of one or more portfolios (~ 50M annual revenue). This role acts is a critical connection between internal and delivery teams, and is responsible for ensuring financial health, focused on operational excellence, process facilitation, business insights, and risk stability of the portfolio through proactive data analysis and process leadership while collaborating with internal teams to utilize standardized reporting solutions to maintain the integrity of operational lifecycle. You will report to the Canada Business Operations Lead.
Responsibilities include:
Portfolio Risk Governance & Advisory
- Provide strategic oversight forportfoliosby analyzing weekly risk trackers and financial dashboards to identify and mitigate potentialfinancialimpacts.
- Partner with delivery teams to develop intervention strategies, ensuring margin protection and contract compliance.
- Lead risk review sessions withportfolioleaders, providing insights intoengagementhealth, resource utilization, and financial performance.
Process & Operational Excellence
- Monitorstandardized operational workflowsacrossclientengagementsto ensure consistencyin thedeliverylifecycle.
- Assist pursuit leadstomaintainingsales, opportunity and staffingdataintegrityin systems.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Actas a liaisonwithglobal services teams to resolve operational issuesandclarifyprocess.
- Translate global Slalom priorities into actions and executethemwithin your portfolios.

And, what will I bring?
Qualifications:
- 1-4+years professional work experience
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, with ability to distill information for an executive audience and make complex information easy to understand
- Financial aptitude
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply insights to operational decisions
- Experience using Microsoft technologies, including Excel, to track information, analyze trends, and support business decision-making
- Interest in identifying and driving process improvement
- Conversational in French
Preferred experience:
- Professional services industry experience

- Experience using dashboards in Power BI or similar analytics tool
- Fluent in French
Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the expected hourly pay rate is $60,000 to $70,000 CAD.
Actual compensation will depend upon individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
