Generative AI & Agentic Data Analytics – Go‑To‑Market (GTM) Leader
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid 3 days onsite a week)

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and market‑facing Generative AI & Agentic GTM Leader to accelerate the growth, positioning, and commercialization of our AI capabilities across the Canadian enterprise landscape. This role sits at the intersection of business development, solution leadership, and innovation, driving both market impact and client transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Go‑To‑Market Strategy & Execution
- Define and execute the Generative AI GTM strategy aligned with global priorities and Canadian market needs.
- Partner with sales and business development teams to co‑create differentiated AI solutions for complex enterprise challenges.
- Own pipeline creation and conversion, including:
- Opportunity shaping and solutioning
- Development of compelling client narratives and value propositions
- Leading pre‑sales, proposals, and executive presentations for GenAI/Agentic pursuits
GenAI & Agentic Capability Leadership
- Localize and scale global GenAI and Agentic offerings into market‑ready Canadian solutions.
- Serve as the solution lead across AI engagements, guiding architecture, design, and delivery approach.
- Establish best practices, delivery excellence standards, and governance for AI initiatives.
- Drive continuous innovation across:
- Generative AI
- Agentic AI
- AI infrastructure, LLMOps, and emerging technologies
Trusted Client Advisor
- Build and maintain C‑suite and senior executive relationships across Canadian enterprises.
- Act as a strategic advisor on AI transformation journeys, helping clients maximize ROI and business value.
- Provide thought leadership on:
- GenAI use cases and industry benchmarks
- Adoption patterns and maturity models
- Real‑world case studies and best practices
Innovation, Ecosystem & Thought Leadership
- Champion the organization’s position as a leader in AI innovation.
- Educate clients and internal teams on emerging technologies (Azure, Databricks, OpenAI, Mistral, etc.).
- Strengthen partnerships with hyperscalers and AI ecosystem leaders (AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenAI, Anthropic, Snowflake, NVIDIA).
- Lead co‑innovation initiatives including:
- Joint pursuits and co‑selling
- Proofs of concept (PoCs) and pilot programs
- Thought leadership, events, and funded programs
- Contribute to external visibility through publications, speaking engagements, and POVs.
Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years in management consulting or professional services, with deep expertise in AI and data.
- Proven track record of shaping and closing AI/data transformation deals across industries.
- Hands‑on experience with Generative AI and/or Agentic AI solutions.
- Strong network and relationships within the Canadian enterprise market.
- Ability to confidently navigate discussions across:
- Business value and strategy
- Commercial structuring
- Technical architecture and solutioning
- Experience operating in a global, matrixed environment with cross‑functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated leadership in mobilizing teams, driving pursuits, and delivering complex programs.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to innovate and apply creative AI‑driven solutions to complex business challenges.
