The Position
The Senior Specialist, Sales Operations, ensures the sales team operates efficiently, accurately, and with full visibility into pipeline performance. This role manages HubSpot CRM for the sales organization, maintains pipeline integrity, develops forecasting processes, and equips sales leadership with the systems, reporting, and operational support needed to close deals. This position is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Main Responsibilities
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Own the sales-side configuration and administration of HubSpot CRM and Sales Seat Assignments
- Maintain deal stages, pipeline structure, sales workflows, and CRM data integrity
- Manage lead-to-opportunity handoff processes, list uploads
Lead Lifecycle & Sales Process Optimization
- Define and manage lifecycle stages from Lead through Customer
- Maintain lead routing and assignment rules
- Document and continuously improve the sales process
- Build automations to reduce manual work for sales reps
Forecasting & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for pipeline health, sales velocity, forecast accuracy, win/loss analysis, and activity reporting
- Provide weekly forecast analysis and reporting to sales leadership
- Track quota attainment, maintain performance scorecards, and support commission calculations
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Sales Enablement & Business Development Support
- Maintain sales playbooks, templates, and sales assets within HubSpot
- Implement and support tools that improve prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management
- Build prospecting lists using ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Audit business development outreach activity and provide operational recommendations
- Support sales leadership with reporting, process documentation, and operational initiatives
- Recommend process improvements and best practices that improve sales effectiveness
Reports to
Minimum Qualifications
- Four-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics or related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, CRM Administration, or related role
- Hands-on sales experience preferred (e.g., Sales Development or Account Executive)
- Experience with CRM and sales enablement platforms; HubSpot experience strongly preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
