About The Role
The Revenue Operations Analyst owns the integrity of the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) technology stack, bridging the gap between sales activity, financial reporting, and system architecture. This role ensures that data flows seamlessly across Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and the data warehouse to provide a single source of truth for executive decision-making.
The role sits at the intersection of business strategy and systems engineering. Working closely with sales leadership, finance, and data engineering teams, the analyst will design scalable operational processes and build the data models necessary to track pipeline health, forecasting, and sales productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and optimize Salesforce (SFDC) including custom objects, validation rules, flows, and third-party integrations (e.g., Marketo, Outreach, ZoomInfo)
- Build and maintain automated revenue dashboards and operational reports in Tableau, Looker, or Salesforce to track KPIs such as ARR, net retention, and pipeline velocity
- Own the GTM data lifecycle, performing regular data deduplication, territory mapping, and lead-routing audits using tools like LeanData
- Partner with Finance and Sales Leadership to manage the annual planning cycle, implementing quota assignments and territory structures within operational systems
- Develop and document standardized operational procedures (SOPs) for the sales, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure data governance compliance
- Analyze historical sales performance and win-loss data to identify pipeline bottlenecks, presenting actionable optimization recommendations to executive stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analyst roles within a B2B SaaS environment
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC), including a deep understanding of standard and custom objects, complex flows, and user management
- Strong SQL skills with experience querying relational databases and data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) to perform ad-hoc analysis
- Hands-on experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI to build interactive executive-level dashboards
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, gather business requirements, and translate them into technical system designs
- Bonus: Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201), experience with dbt, or familiarity with apex/soql
