Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced GTM Strategy & Program Manager to support the growth of an enterprise-level commercial offering. This role is responsible for shaping and executing go-to-market strategies, driving program development, and ensuring alignment across multiple business functions.
The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, results-driven, and skilled at translating business requirements into actionable strategies. This role requires strong program management capabilities and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to refine go-to-market strategies and support the development of enterprise-focused offerings and programs.
- Coordinate and align efforts across sales, product, strategy, finance, legal, and operations teams to prioritize and execute growth initiatives.
- Drive successful rollout and adoption of programs through the creation of sales enablement tools, including playbooks, training materials, and supporting collateral.
- Identify and implement process improvements and operational best practices to enhance customer experience and program effectiveness.
- Support the development and maintenance of program documentation, including guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Communicate updates, progress, and outcomes to key stakeholders, including leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Gather insights from sales teams and customers to inform ongoing strategy refinement and program enhancements.
- Act as a subject matter expert for assigned programs, providing guidance and support across internal teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- 12+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, program management, sales operations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, sales programs, and field enablement practices.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving program execution in complex environments.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence, and align stakeholders across multiple teams.
- Background in program management, sales strategy, or consulting within the technology sector is preferred.
