Role Description The Business Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Sydney Area. This role oversees day-to-day operational activities, including planning, coordinating, and improving processes that support Disability and Aged Care service delivery. The Business Operations Manager monitors performance metrics, manages budgets and resources, and ensures compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. Responsibilities include leading and supporting staff, optimizing workflow across programs, identifying operational risks and opportunities, and implementing improvements to enhance client outcomes and organizational efficiency. The role also involves close collaboration with senior leadership, care teams, and external stakeholders to maintain service quality and support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Business Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee daily activities and optimize processes.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track key performance indicators, and support evidence-based decisions.
- Candidates should possess Program Management experience to coordinate multiple services, initiatives, and projects across the organization.

- Relevant qualifications in Business, Management, Health Administration, or a related field are preferred.
