What You'll Lead
Revenue Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute the company's commercial strategy for its next stage of growth
- Build scalable, repeatable go-to-market motions that drive predictable revenue
- Establish the metrics, reporting, and operational discipline necessary to support long-term growth
- Drive revenue performance while maintaining a customer-first approach
Sales Leadership
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing enterprise sales organization
- Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional commercial talent
- Personally engage in strategic enterprise opportunities and executive-level customer relationships
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Executive Partnership
- Serve as a strategic business partner to the Founder & CEO
- Align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product around common growth objectives
- Help shape organizational design and commercial priorities during a period of rapid expansion
Operational Excellence
- Develop scalable sales processes, forecasting methodologies, and performance metrics
- Implement best practices across pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue operations
- Drive cross-functional alignment to support efficient execution and customer success
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Sales Officer, EVP Sales, or senior commercial executive within a high-growth technology organization
- Demonstrated success scaling recurring revenue from approximately $40M–$50M to $100M+
- Experience building and leading enterprise sales organizations through periods of rapid growth
- Strong background in enterprise SaaS, ideally supporting logistics, supply chain, transportation, freight, or adjacent technology markets
- Track record of developing repeatable go-to-market strategies and revenue playbooks
- Experience partnering closely with founders and executive leadership teams
- Success recruiting, coaching, and developing high-performing commercial teams
- Strong executive presence with the ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise customers and strategic partners
- Previous startup or venture-backed growth experience strongly preferred
- Prior successful exits are considered an asset
