Novo Insurance Broking Services is expanding, and we're looking for a proactive Business Operations Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Procure quotations from insurance companies.
✔ Coordinate with internal sales teams and insurance company representatives.
✔ Manage day-to-day insurance broking backend operations.
✔ Ensure timely processing and accurate documentation.
✔ Prepare operational reports and MIS using Microsoft Excel.
What We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance broking backend operations.
✅ Proven experience in obtaining quotations from insurance companies.
✅ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
✅ Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
⭐ Experience with Surety Bonds products will be an added advantage.
