Following significant investment, the business is looking to appoint an exceptional Chief Revenue Officer to lead all commercial activity, accelerate growth and help shape the future of the organisation.
This is a board-level appointment with full responsibility for revenue generation across sales, business development, marketing, strategic partnerships and client retention.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will create and execute the company's revenue strategy, building a high-performing commercial organisation capable of delivering sustained double-digit growth.
You will lead a national team while personally developing relationships with major enterprise clients across multiple industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the company's long-term commercial growth strategy.
- Lead all sales, business development, account management and marketing functions.
- Build, mentor and inspire a high-performing national commercial team.
- Drive new business growth across regional and national accounts.
- Develop strategic relationships with Fortune 1000 clients and major corporate organisations.
- Create predictable sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue reporting.
- Partner with Operations to maximise customer retention and lifetime value.
- Identify acquisition opportunities and support integration of newly acquired businesses.
- Present commercial performance to the Board and private equity stakeholders.
We're Looking For
You will be an accomplished commercial executive with a proven record of delivering exceptional revenue growth within facilities management or a related business services environment.
You should possess:
- Executive leadership experience as a CRO, Chief Commercial Officer, EVP Sales, Senior VP Sales or similar.
- A track record of leading teams that have generated significant national revenue growth.
- Experience winning and managing enterprise and multi-site clients.
- Strong commercial, financial and strategic leadership skills.
- Experience working within a private equity-backed organisation is highly desirable.
- Outstanding leadership, coaching and communication abilities.
- A data-driven approach to sales performance and business growth.
