LHH Atlanta is partnering with a well-established, dynamic technology-driven organization to identify a Chief Financial Officer.
This executive will serve as a strategic and operational partner to the leadership team, helping drive performance, strengthen financial operations, and support the company’s next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the company’s finance, accounting, and IT functions
- Partner with executive leadership on strategy and operational performance
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, reporting, and controls
- Provide financial insight to support growth and business decisions
- Lead process, systems, and organizational improvements
- Support M&A, integration, and other strategic initiatives
- Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team
- Present financial results and recommendations to the Board
Ideal Background:
- Prior CFO or senior finance leadership experience
- Experience within technology, software, or a related industry
- Strong operational and commercial finance capabilities
- Experience within a private equity-backed or high-growth environment preferred
- Proven success leading change, transformation, and performance improvement
- Bachelor’s degree required; CPA or MBA preferred
