Company Description
NextDimension AI is building the operating system for specialty medical practices. The company deploys autonomous AI agents that handle the full scope of operations (patient scheduling, care coordination, billing, and workflow automations) so practices can run leaner and patients get a better experience.
Founded by AI and technology leaders from Google, Amazon, and Visa, along with seasoned operations experts, NextDimension AI brings together large-scale engineering experience and deep domain knowledge. The team focuses on designing the future of operations through practical, high-impact AI solutions rather than adding more disconnected tools. Joining NextDimension AI means contributing to a new class of operational technology that reshapes how service-intensive businesses run.
Role Description
Get qualified buyers onto the Team's calendars, at volume, month after month.
CEO/Sales Lead runs the demos and closes the deals. You build and run everything upstream of that — sourcing, outbound, ABM, content distribution, channel experiments — and you keep accounts warm downstream of it.
There's no playbook here and no settled account list. You'll build both. You can build strategies and execute them, at scale.
- Build and manage baseline infrastructure of building the pipeline (sourcing data, cleaning, qualifying)
- Run experiments to quickly find what's working and what needs to be reworked (content, channels, offerings)
- Scale what works with AI and automations
What You'll Own
Source the market
- Build the sourcing layer — databases, associations, registries, filings, hiring boards, partner data — and qualify candidates against the ICP automatically
- Map buying committees inside target accounts: CIO, CMIO, VP Clinical Ops, VP Revenue Cycle, and whoever actually signs
- Make ICP changes cheap. When the definition shifts, regenerating the universe takes days, not a quarter.
- Own data quality well enough that people act on it without checking
Build and run outbound
- The full stack: sequencing, deliverability, domain and inbox infrastructure, reply handling, conversion tracking
- Signal detection tuned to a healthcare buyer
- AI workflows for account research, personalisation at scale, and next-best-action
- Test relentlessly. Kill what doesn't work, fast.
Run ABM and channel experiments
- Tiered account plans for named targets — research, custom assets, multi-threaded sequences
- Coordinate outbound, content, and paid against the same account list, so a buyer sees us more than once
- Stand up experimental channels — newsletter, webinars, roundtables, partner co-marketing, paid — and prove or kill each one on meetings booked
- Brief design and content on what to make and why, based on what's converting. You direct marketing; you don't manage it.
- Build the conversion infrastructure: landing pages, forms, routing, tracking
Work the accounts
- Own follow-up and multi-threading before and after the demo. Founder runs the call; you own the momentum around it.
- Nurture and re-engagement for a long-cycle market, so accounts that aren't ready resurface at the right moment
- Own the CRM as system of record — object model, pipeline stages, field hygiene, data contracts
- Build reporting leadership trusts: meetings booked by source, qualification rate, funnel conversion, velocity
- Chase introductions from partners, advisors, and channel distributors until they land. Weekly, not when outbound is quiet.
How You'll Be Measured
North star: qualified meetings booked per month.
You get full credit for accounts you sourced and worked, including outcomes of demos you don't run.
Everything else — reply rates, enrichment coverage, deliverability, content engagement — is an action item, not a goal.
Secondary metrics: Brand awareness, engagement, inbound leads, meetings quality (booked to converted ratio).
What This Role Is Not
- You won't close, and you won't run first-call demos. Founders do. You get credit for what you sourced.
- You won't define the ICP. Founder does. You execute against it and feed back evidence that sharpens it.
- You won't manage marketing or a team on day one. You direct design and content.
- You won't work conference floors. You may build the targeting and follow-up around an event.
What We're Looking For
Must have
- 4–9 years across GTM engineering, growth engineering, demand generation, RevOps, or sales engineering — with clear ownership of a pipeline number, not just execution
- 0-1 build — you stood up a pipeline motion where none existed
- Sustained experience generating pipeline into the US from India, over years rather than months
- Genuinely hands-on technical work. SQL, plus Python or JavaScript. You've configured Clay or Apollo, a sequencer, and a CRM yourself, and shipped automations across APIs, webhooks, and OAuth that you can walk us through line by line.
- AI-native execution. You use Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent daily as a working tool, and you've built with LLMs — prompt design, structured outputs, retrieval workflows.
- Sourcing instinct. You've built target universes yourself across more than one segment, and you can name where you went to find them and why.
- Enough writing ability to brief, edit, and ship outbound copy and distribution content yourself
We care more about what you've built than years on a CV.
