GTM Engineer
Company: Libra AI
Location: Bengaluru, In Office
Experience: 2 - 3 years
Type: Full-time
About Libra AI
Libra is an AI workspace that combines intelligence, context, and action in one place. It understands how your team works and turns scattered knowledge into completed work.
The WorkBase connects your team’s scattered knowledge across docs, email, CRM, chat, and drives, making it easy to get contextual answers and take action in one place.
We're building the GTM motion from the ground up and are looking for someone to help us build an AI-native GTM engine.
The role
As a GTM Engineer, you'll sit at the intersection of growth, sales, data, automation, and AI.
You won't just run campaigns. You'll build the systems behind them finding the right accounts, enriching and qualifying prospects, automating research and outreach, measuring what works, and turning successful experiments into repeatable GTM motions.
You'll work closely with the founders and have significant ownership from day one.
What you'll do
- Build and automate outbound, lead generation, enrichment, and prospecting workflows.
- Research ICPs, accounts, and buyer signals to identify high-value opportunities.
- Build AI-powered workflows for research, qualification, personalization, and outreach.
- Connect GTM tools using APIs, webhooks, automation platforms, and lightweight code.
- Run experiments across ICPs, messaging, channels, and acquisition strategies.
- Build reporting and feedback loops to understand what is driving the pipeline.
- Work with sales and growth to identify friction and automate repetitive processes.
- Find ways to use Libra itself to automate our GTM workflows.
What we're looking for
- 2-3 years of experience in GTM, growth, sales, RevOps, marketing operations, or a technical role.
- Experience building and executing B2B GTM workflows, not just managing them.
- Strong understanding of ICP, outbound, funnel metrics, and pipeline generation.
- Comfortable working with AI tools and building LLM-powered workflows.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar.
- Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, data, and basic scripting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written communication and research skills.
- A strong bias toward shipping, experimenting, and figuring things out.
Bonus: Experience with AI agents/LLMs; experience building GTM systems from scratch; experience at an early-stage SaaS or AI startup.
Why this role
- Build from zero: Help define Libra's GTM engine and playbook.
- Work directly with founders: Your experiments will influence ICP, positioning, messaging, and growth strategy.
- Build with AI: Use Libra and the latest AI tools to automate how an AI company goes to market.
- High ownership: You'll build systems that directly impact pipeline and revenue.
What we ask in return: This is an early-stage company. The playbook will change. Some experiments will fail. You'll sometimes have to figure things out without a clear answer or an existing process.
We're looking for someone who finds that exciting, not frustrating.
If you see a broken process and your first instinct is "I can probably automate this," we want to talk to you.
