Responsibilities
- Commercial Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy that aligns with business objectives and supports international expansion.
- Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead high-performing sales and business development teams, fostering a culture of accountability and achievement.
- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities in established and emerging markets, driving innovation and market relevance.
- Partnership Development: Forge and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors, ensuring mutual value creation.
- Revenue Optimisation: Implement data-driven approaches to enhance sales performance, pricing strategies, and client retention.
- Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and optimise customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Investor Engagement: Collaborate with investors and the board to communicate progress, provide insights, and align on growth strategies.
Qualifications and Experience
- Extensive experience in a senior commercial or revenue leadership role, ideally within technology, professional services, or an international B2B-focused business.
- Demonstrated success in scaling revenue streams and driving market expansion in global markets.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering data-informed commercial strategies.
