With a growing team of 700+ professionals, we work across Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, Cloud, DevOps/SRE, Generative AI, Agentic AI and Software Engineering to solve complex technology and business challenges for our clients.
As we continue to scale, we are looking for a high-potential professional to join our Founder’s Office and work closely with the founding team on business-critical initiatives.
The Opportunity
As part of the Founder’s Office, you will work closely with the Founder and leadership team on initiatives that span business strategy, growth, client initiatives, operations, research and special projects.
You will be expected to take ownership of key initiatives, bring structure to complex problems, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive projects from idea to execution.
This role offers a front-row view of how a technology company is built and scaled, with exposure to decisions involving business, technology, clients, people and growth.
What You'll Do
1. Strategy & Business Initiatives
- Work closely with the Founder and leadership team on strategic and business-critical initiatives.
- Break down ambiguous business problems into structured plans, actionable insights and clear next steps.
- Conduct market, industry and competitor research to support business decisions.
- Identify opportunities for growth, operational improvement and expansion.
- Prepare business reviews, presentations, analysis and leadership-ready documents.
2. Cross-Functional Execution
- Take ownership of high-priority projects from problem identification to execution and closure.
- Work with teams across Sales, HR, Technology, Finance, Operations and Delivery to drive initiatives.
- Track priorities, timelines, dependencies and outcomes.
- Follow up with stakeholders and ensure important initiatives stay on track.
- Identify bottlenecks, escalate critical issues and help drive solutions.
3. Business Growth & Client Initiatives
- Support the Founder and leadership team on strategic client and business development initiatives.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, business cases and client-facing material.
- Research prospective markets, companies, industries and business opportunities.
- Support initiatives around partnerships, new accounts and expansion opportunities.
- Participate in selected leadership/client discussions and translate insights into actionable outcomes.
4. Research, Analysis & Decision Support
- Conduct structured research on technology, AI, industry trends, competitors and emerging business opportunities.
- Analyse business data and convert it into meaningful insights.
- Build dashboards, trackers and reports to monitor key initiatives and business metrics.
- Prepare concise summaries and insights for leadership discussions.
5. Special Projects
- Work on high-impact projects directly assigned by the Founder/leadership team.
- Projects may span AI, technology, sales, business operations, client strategy, organization building, market expansion and process improvement.
- Take ownership of projects where there may not be a predefined playbook — and build one.
- Use technology and AI tools to improve research, analysis, productivity and execution.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is curious, sharp, proactive and comfortable taking ownership.
You could be a strong fit if you:
- Have 0–6 years of experience in consulting, strategy, business operations, startups, business development, technology, project management or a similar high-ownership environment.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing.
- Are comfortable working with senior leadership and multiple stakeholders.
- Can structure an ambiguous problem and independently figure out the next steps.
- Have strong execution and follow-up skills.
- Are comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides and modern AI tools.
- Learn quickly and are genuinely curious about technology, AI and businesses.
- Can move between strategy and execution without needing a narrowly defined job description.
- Take ownership of outcomes rather than simply completing assigned tasks.
Educational Background
Candidates from backgrounds such as Engineering, Economics, Business, Management, Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, MBA or other relevant disciplines are welcome.
What matters more than the degree is your ability to think, communicate, learn and execute.
