As a C-suite Executive, the role assumes complete oversight of financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and governance across all global operating entities. Core responsibilities involve driving treasury operations, managing capital allocation, supervising debt facilities, and overseeing overall working capital. The position acts as a key commercial partner to senior leadership and board members to maximize profitability, optimize investment returns, and strengthen operational efficiency. Additionally, the executive will guide transaction strategy-including merger and acquisition execution, due diligence, and post-deal integration-while standardizing enterprise financial reporting systems, audit controls, and international tax compliance.

Candidates must possess extensive finance leadership experience, including proven tenure in driving strategic corporate finance activities in asset-heavy industries.
