Position: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

Company Overview:
Our client is an innovative, well-funded B2B SaaS vendor in a growing, multi-billion-pound market. As they continue to scale, they seek a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) that will lead them through the next phase of rapid growth.
Role Overview:
The CRO will be responsible for aligning sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive revenue growth. This is a critical leadership role, requiring someone who can balance strategic vision with tactical execution in a high-growth SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by leading and scaling high-performance sales teams.
- Lead the sales, marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from acquisition to retention.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring a customer-centric approach to drive long-term revenue.
- Provide hands-on support in high-value deals, acting as a "player-coach."
- Develop and implement scalable processes that enable flawless execution of the company’s go-to-market strategies.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier leadership talent to support ongoing growth.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-8 years of sales leadership experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Proven track record in building and scaling high-performance sales teams.
- Prior experience of not only formulating structure and strategy, but execution against those work products.
- Led multiple teams with leaders and in multiple sales motions, direct enterprise and channel.
- Ideal whilst not essential prior ownership of customer success and demand generation is preferred.
