We create and refine the data, processes and insights that make underpin our commercil teams succesful sales and client management activity. The role will work within the Commercial Operations and Enablement department, specifically supporting the work of Emarsys’ Global and Strategic Accounts team; A global team that secures and develops Emarsys relationships with the worlds biggest brands.

This individual will interact and collaborate with a matrixed, geographically dispersed team; they must be able to build effective relationships, possess excellent writen communication skills, planning and organizational skills, and have a high attention to detail.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Focused on Sales and Customer Success, the role will work alongside the Head of Global & Strategic Accounts (GSAM) and The Operations and Enablement team to drive productivity, efficiency and effectiveness improvements within the GSAM team
- Proactively monitoring and correcting data inaccuracies in Salesforce.com. Developing and maintaining accurate views of Emarsys’ engagement with the world’s largest organisations
- Producing and using reports and dashboards on Salesforce.com and Excel for planning and performance management purposes.
- Assisting with the global rollout of process and tool adoption, monitoring and management.
- Encouraging effective cross-departmental communications, driving operational excellence across the business.
- Working with the Operations and CRM teams to drive productivity through process optimisation and automation.
- Working with the Enablement team to coordinate and implement training and learning plans for our commercial teams.
- Research for the GSAM Team to help identify the key decision makers within a global organisation. Finding key information to give an insight into prospective clients.
YOUR PROFILE:
• A keen interest in technology, cloud-based marketing and Sales organisations.
- An understanding and knowledge of Excel, CRMs and communication tools. Previous use of Salesforce.com an advantage.
- Analytically-driven and highly organised, with a head for numbers and an eye for detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, in English. Comfortable building rapport with a wide range of personalities across diverse roles and geographies.
- Strong project management ability. Adept at handling and prioritising multiple tasks.
- A fast-thinking, high-energy individual with a sense of humor and ability to work with a wide range of personalities will thrive in this role
