Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and revenue growth. This role is pivotal in streamlining sales processes, optimizing data management, analytics and ensuring strict adherence to procedures. The ideal candidate will partner closely with the sales team to analyze performance metrics and implement strategic initiatives, all while enforcing process compliance to enable scalability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process Optimization & Compliance
- Streamline, automate, and improve sales processes while ensuring strict adherence to established procedures for operational efficiency and scalability.
2. Data Analysis & Insights
- Perform data-driven analysis to provide actionable insights on sales performance, territory management, and account allocation, driving informed decision-making.
3. Pipeline Management & CRM Oversight
- Own the end-to-end sales pipeline, ensuring CRM (HubSpot) data is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with defined standards for opportunity tracking.
4. Sales Forecasting & Reporting
- Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure accurate sales forecasting and maintain comprehensive reporting and dashboards, including monthly MRR reports.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and the Founder’s Office to address data inquiries and support system, process, and revenue-related initiatives.
6. Global Revenue Operations Support
- Support global sales operations by managing territory assignments, quota setting, commission calculation, and ensuring data integrity in revenue-related processes
What you bring to the table-
- 3-5 years of Sales Ops experience, preferably in SaaS.
- Proven experience in sales operations, data analysis, and CRM (Hubspot preferably) reporting.
- Technical proficiency and problem-solving skills.
- Strong collaboration and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and commitment to process improvement.
