Job Title: Sales Operations Manager Department: GTM Operations Years of Experience: 5+ years Location:Bangalore
Role Summary:
Sales Operations Manager will role into the Central Sales Operations team at Azentio and would work towards driving operational excellence across Azentio’s GTM Org. The role would partner closely with Sales and other cross functional teams to leverage process , tools & analytics to unlock revenue growth. Key responsibilities include overseeing CRM optimization, managing business operations automation, and developing performance metrics that deliver actionable insights to leadership. The position also plays a crucial role in change management, ensuringthe effective adoptionof new tools, processes, and strategies across sales teams
What we are looking for:
- Deployed and adjusted centrally designed sales processes to ensure sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction
- Identified opportunities to improve the productivity and efficiency of the sales activity + marketing teams.
- Built and drove adoption of key tools for the sales population (sales dashboards, business review tools, scouting tools, smart discovery etc.) and be the referent on all internal processes
- Defined, implemented and monitored KPIs and owned regular reporting to drive business performance and project success
- Proven track record of successfully implementing Sales Operations & Enablement programs and leading or supporting Sales Transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in integrating technology solutions into sales processes with measurable success.
- Expertise in Salesforce governance, administration, and best practices, with the ability to design and optimize sales processes and workflows with in the platform.
Preferred Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations / operations / cross-functional project management / sales performance ideally in the consulting, media, entertainment or other relevant industries
- Excellent data analysis skills. Must be able to source/segment/analyse data to generate meaningful insights which can aid data driven decision making
- Continuous process improvement approach
- Stakeholder management skills, ability to interact with a variety of people (sales/ finance / ops teams);customer orientation
- Fluent communication skills
- Adaptability, autonomy, pragmatism and proactivity: ability to knock on the right doors to obtain answers, to be a force of proposal and to solve problems
