We’re looking for an experienced Sales Operations Consultant to join us on a 6–12 month contract, with the potential for extension. In this impactful role, you’ll optimize processes, lead with data, and play a key role in setting our sales team up for sustained success.
Job Description
- Daily Operations- Oversee and optimize daily sales operations, ensuring maximum efficiency.
- Playbook Development- Create tailored sales playbooks that streamline our sales cycle.
- Analysis- Analyze trends and outcomes to guide sales strategy.
- Leadership- Motivate the sales team to consistently hit—and exceed—targets.
- Cross Team Collaboration- Work closely with teams to align on company-wide goals.
- Continuous improvement- Seek out new opportunities for growth and operational excellence.
Requirement
- 5-10 years in sales operations or sales strategy, with proven impact in Saas/ITes/Telecom companies.
- Experience translating data into actionable insights.
- Strong communicator and motivator having Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software.
- Bachelor’s in Business or a related field; MBA will be an advantage.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
