We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead and optimize all revenue-generating activities, guiding TMF toward ambitious growth and revenue goals.

Role Overview:
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will oversee and drive all revenue-generation processes at TMF. The CRO will be instrumental in aligning the company’s revenue strategies with our overall growth objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and expanding our presence in both existing and new markets. This executive role requires a strategic thinker with proven experience in the online gaming or social gaming industry, adept at balancing growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of TMF’s revenue strategy, optimizing for both short-term and long-term growth objectives.
Customer Acquisition & Retention: Work with marketing and operations teams to identify high-impact acquisition channels, design customer retention programs, and ensure seamless customer experience to maximize lifetime value.
Product Monetization & Pricing: Oversee pricing strategies, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with product teams to design and execute monetization features for virtual goods and sweepstakes offerings.
Sales Leadership: Manage and lead revenue-focused teams, setting clear performance expectations, tracking KPIs, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities, including international expansion and strategic partnerships, to drive growth and diversify revenue streams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, product, and operations to align revenue goals with overall company objectives and ensure a unified approach to scaling TMF’s customer base and revenue.
Data-Driven Decision-Making: Leverage analytics to understand user behavior, segment customer needs, and continuously refine revenue strategies for optimal results.
Budget Management: Develop and manage revenue budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
