About The Role:
As a Sales Operations Associate, you’ll enable learners to access the right financial support for their upskilling journey. You’ll review financial documents, assess eligibility, and ensure applications meet compliance standards with accuracy and speed.
You’ll also guide learners through the process, resolve their queries, and make financing simple and seamless, playing a key role in driving both learner success and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing learner documentation, such as tax returns and bank statements, for accuracy.
- Calculating interest rates, monthly payments, and other financial data based on learner needs.
- Communicating with learners to answer questions about the payment processes, reviewing loan applications to determine whether they meet legal guidelines and financial standards.
- Evaluating cash flow to determine if a business has enough money to pay bills.

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
