Our client is a $4B leading global manufacturer of high-performance doors, windows, and building products looking for a VP of Sales Operations to manage eight direct reports focusing on data analytics, performance management, enablement, and sales incentive planning.
What You'll Do
- Create and deploy training, processes, practices, forms, and tools to support the sales team
- Determine and communicate sales enablement priorities, KPI’s, and strategy with stakeholders
- Plan various sales events, meetings, etc.
What You'll Need

- 10+ years of experience in a high-performance sales organization
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement and operations
