Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst based in Bengaluru. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as conducting sales analysis, developing sales strategies, managing sales operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize sales performance.
Responsibilities: -
- Creating & maintaining a list of open enquiries
- Coordinating with compliance, admin and production team to ensure orders move from enquiry stage to budgetary quote / tender stage and finally enter production
- Responsible for creating budgetary quotation (BQN) documents which offer our products & services to customers
- Submitting / Uploading tenders on respective government portals to acquire business
- Understanding and answering pre-sales customer queries and enabling sales inquiries by following it through the process life cycle
- Other administrative tasks which are related to ensuring we are delivering to customers
Qualification
- Candidate must have diploma in Electronics and Communications Engineering or Engineering degree (any).
- 0-2 years of experience in Sales-Operations role.
- Knowledge of MS-Office - Word & Excel is mandatory
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in the defense or aerospace industry is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
