Sales Operations Manager
Role Overview: The Manager, Sales & Client Management (SCM) will lead a team responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end process from Pagero quote creation to contract execution within IFS for OneSource sales representatives. This role will ensure seamless transitions between sales stages, maintain data integrity, and support the sales team in achieving their targets. The manager will also drive strategic initiatives to improve processes and performance.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SCM professionals.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Quote Management:
-
Oversee the creation, tracking, and management of Pagero sales quotes in IFS for Heritage TR sales representatives.

Ensure all quotes are accurately created and updated in a timely manner.

Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure quotes are progressing through the sales pipeline.

Contract Process:

Manage the contract generation process, ensuring all necessary approvals and documentation are obtained.

Work closely with deal desk, commercial strategy, legal, and finance teams to ensure contracts comply with company policies and commercials.

Facilitate the electronic signature process and ensure contracts are stored appropriately.

Data Integrity and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and contracts in IFS.

Generate regular reports on sales pipeline status, contract execution, and other key metrics.

Identify and resolve any data discrepancies or issues.

Process Improvement:

Continuously evaluate and improve the opportunity to contract process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Implement best practices and provide training to sales team members on IFS usage and processes.

Stay updated on IFS features and functionalities to leverage new tools and capabilities.
About You
Education: 4-year college degree (preferred majors: Business, Marketing, Communication, or other liberal arts).

Experience: 5+ years in sales or account management in a direct sales environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Knowledge: Strong knowledge of SAP, SFDC, Excel, MS Office; Comprehensive knowledge of Thomson Reuters products/processes a plus.
