The CRO will be responsible for the overall revenue leadership and financial results of the company including company revenue, strategy & planning, EBITDA, etc. Responsibilities will include the overall management of the Sales organization while achieving company objectives.
The position will report directly to the CEO.
- Lead key Sales Operations and Commercial initiatives that drive long-term growth and profitability for the company.
- Responsible for the overall strategic growth of the company and discovering new revenue streams.
- Lead and develop talent of direct report team and within entire organization.
- Develop yearly strategy and budget and monitor performance against expectations.
- Define strategy and lead execution of above market profitable sales growth
- Direct oversight of driving consistency and visibility to improve and maintain accurate forecasting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA highly preferred
5+ years in the top leader in the company as the CRO, CCO, CSO or similar title & responsibility Experience overseeing strategy, business development and sales for the entire organization
Experience in supply chain services and digital technical automation equipment
Demonstratable and proven track record of driving consistent policy and sales operations
Background in leading a $300M+ revenue stream
Experience developing and high performance teams
Strong leadership skills while maintaining a team atmosphere and create employee centric environment
