Salary: $175k-$225k base x2 OTE ($350k-$450k)

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Leader to join a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup. This company is transforming how government contractors operate, enabling them to win contracts more efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing SaaS sales team, hiring and coaching Account Executives to meet aggressive growth targets.
- Own the full sales lifecycle—closing strategic deals while mentoring team members for consistent success.
- Develop and implement scalable sales playbooks, strategies, and operations.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize pipeline management, improve conversion rates, and enhance team efficiency.
- Work closely with the CEO and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to align sales efforts with customer needs.
- Contribute to establishing a strong sales HQ presence in Washington, D.C., with regular travel as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–8 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably within B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record in building or contributing to high-performing sales teams in fast-paced, startup environments.
- Deep understanding of sales operations, CRM systems, and data-driven decision-making.
- A hands-on leader who thrives in a coaching role while actively contributing to sales execution.
- Bonus: Familiarity with government contracting or experience selling to government contractors.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $175K–$225K base, with OTE up to double.
