- Connect with high-growth startups - Candidates shouldn’t have to do all the work so we’ve made the job search a two-way process. Apply to startups AND receive applications from startups who think you’re a standout.
- Support to nail your interviews - access comprehensive training guides, receive individual interview support and chat to Jumpstart alumni about their interview advice. You’ll have everything you need to land your dream role.
- Continued growth throughout your career - landing a role is only the start of your journey with Jumpstart. You’ll join the Jumpstart community and gain access to all the tools you need to smash your role. Think mentorship, panel events, training & more.
On average, it takes ~4 weeks to receive an offer and you can participate in the programme whilst in full-time work.

Who is Jumpstart for?
We care less about exact experience and more about finding people who will rapidly grow in a startup environment. If you’re an aspiring founder, a sales role is the perfect place to grow your career.
In short, we look for proactive recent grads with amazing communication skills and a passion for startups. Tell us about your side hustles, your sporting achievements, *that* difficult customer you successfully managed and the time you exceeded your fundraising target.
