Job Description
To support our growth, we are looking for an intern based in Paris to handle Growth and Revenue Operations projects.
Working alongside our VP Sales (Tiphaine), our VP Operations (Mickaël) and our Lead Growth & Account Executive (Bruno), your role will be to get Witco’s Revenue team to the next level by bringing leads to our salespeople and by improving its operational efficiency.
You will work closely with all the Revenue team (Marketing, Sales & Customer Success) but not only.
Your mission will be structured around 4 main topics:
Lead acquisition
- Outbound lead acquisition: management of single-channel (Linkedin) and multi-channel (mail and Linkedin) outbound campaigns, from the creation of prospecting lists to A/B testing of copywriting. All while respecting our targeting, our personas and our segmentation
- Track your campaigns’ performance and draw some recommendations to maximize campaign impacts
Process improvement
- Identify pain points and create/improve dedicated processes, particularly those around Sales > CS > Finance teams
- Automate processes to enable business collaborators to focus on high value tasks
Tools
- Process Revenue data: Excel is your best friend
- Optimize the use of our CRM (HubSpot) by creating automations and making sure processes are well set up and used
- Ensure a continuous CRM cleaning to make sure data is exploitable
- Migrate some activities to new tools
- Lead tools adoption
Sales enablement
- Lead the Sales demo platforms and ensure they are usable anytime for the Sales team
