Descriptif du poste
You will be responsible for transforming the Revenue team’s business needs into streamlined processes and ensuring these are effectively and robustly integrated into our Revenue tool stack.
At Welcome, Revenue teams are composed of all prospect and customer-facing teams, from SDR to AE, Onboarding, AM, CSM, Anti-churn, Customer Care and KAM teams. On top of these teams, you will work closely with the Business Technology team (focus on tool stack architecture, data flow, data model, stack connections) but also with the rest of the Revenue Operations team and with the Data team.
You will be reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will initially be the sole member dedicated to this focus area, with potential for future team expansion.
Our current tool stack is composed of Hubspot, Pipedrive, Zendesk, Monday and we are currently starting a CRM project to rationalise and improve it.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify current productivity challenges and opportunities of our prospect and customer-facing teams
- Design and implement streamlined business processes for the Revenue team
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between RevOps, Business Technical Solutions and Data team to build a flexible, robust and systemic tool stack for Welcome
- Monitor process and tool stack performance and identify areas for improvements
- Ensure robust understanding of processes and tools by our Revenue team through detailed documentation and support in team training
Profil recherché
- 7-10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or CRM management
- Proven expertise with CRM platforms, especially Hubspot
- Experience in process design and optimization
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities, leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
- Fluent English and French
