Our Mission
As part of the strong development of its Business Information Services, Coface is recruiting a Revenue Operations Manager: Business Information. This key role will report directly to the Commercial Director: Business Information at Coface. In this role you will oversee various aspects of revenue operations, including revenue management, customer lifetime value, customer acquisition cost, cash flow management, cost savings control, and expenditure analysis.
What you will be doing:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Responsible to make data driven decision for the overall planning and implementation of revenue streams strategies.
- Lead the cross-functional planning process to align sales, operations, and marketing.
- Be a trusted advisor to BI Group Commercial Leadership and support the delivery of OKRs, putting a framework in place to report, assess, and measure progress against them.
- Own the role and responsibilities mapping for BI Group Commercial team and communication to cross functional teams
Demand Planning:
- Develop accurate sales forecast and budget
- Collaborate with sales leadership to set sales targets and quotas
- Develop compensations plans and track impact
Process improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations and increase efficiency: developing, planning, and implementing procedures that maximize revenue collection. Your process analysis is essential to support the business in making decisions regarding various topics, including price, customer base, and corporate policies.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, and opportunities
- Responsible to identify efficient ways to utilize the company's budget. Data analysis entails viewing the data from various perspectives and searching for patterns that can be used to predict many cases. For instance, review past to predict what might occur on operational changes
Reporting:
- Generate regular reportson sales performance, quotas achievement, forecasting accuracy to inform strategic decisions
- Deliver actionable insights that can drive revenue growth and business growth. This entails examining the top and bottom lines, determining the reasons for slow revenue growth, and assessing the effects of various levers.
- Regularly update Senior Marketing & Commercial Leadership, as well as other key stakeholders on progress, challenges, and results.
Project Management:
- Manage projects related to sales operations strategic initiatives
Who are we looking for?
Experience & Skills:
- Several years of experience in the areas of financial planning or revenue operations, preferably in a B2B or SaaS company
- Experience designing and delivering Revenue Performance Insights, Sales coverage modeling, Sales productivity, revenue reporting, forecasting and pipeline management
- Experience working within a high-growth technology company would be beneficial
- Self-motivated, action-oriented, multi-tasking individual with a great sense of urgency and follow-through
- Proven ability to not only inform and formulate proposals, but also to guide the design and implement solutions that deliver towards cross functional efficiency.
- You must be a meticulous observer and be able to work under pressure since the job requires you to manage the entire revenue cycle from start to finish.
- End to end project management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to think strategically, but also have great attention to detail to facilitate program management execution.
