Wavelynx is seeking a drive and strategic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to be responsible for driving overall revenue growth and maximizing the organization's profitability. This individual will lead and align all revenue-generating functions, including sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships, to develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy.
This position is located at our corporate headquarters in Broomfield, CO with up to 50% travel required. Local candidates are preferred, but we will consider out-of-state candidates as well.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Hires and trains sales managers and staff.
Organizes and oversees the schedules, territories, and performance of sales managers and staff.
Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Revenue Leadership:
Develop and implement a cohesive revenue strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Oversee the entire revenue cycle, from lead generation to customer retention and expansion.
Collaborate with the President and other executives to set and achieve revenue objectives.
Identify and implement new revenue streams and business opportunities.
Sales and Marketing Alignment:
Foster close collaboration and alignment between sales and marketing teams.
Ensure effective lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes.
Optimize marketing strategies to support sales goals and improve ROI.
Customer Success and Retention:
Team Leadership:
Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing revenue team.
Set clear performance expectations and provide coaching and mentorship.
Recruit, hire, and develop top talent across revenue functions.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilize data and analytics to track progress, measure performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Implement and leverage CRM and other revenue tools to optimize processes and increase efficiency.

Qualifications:
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in leading and growing revenue in a high-growth environment.
Leadership: Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
Sales and Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of sales and marketing principles and best practices.
Data-Driven: Comfortable working with data and analytics to drive decision-making and measure performance.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the organization.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
15+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or revenue leadership roles.
MUST have experience developing comprehensive revenue strategies, market analysis, pricing strategies, and sales channel optimization to drive sustainable growth.
Demonstrated experience building and utilizing dashboards for sales tracking and analysis, particularly within HubSpot and NetSuite.
Proven experience leading multiple teams of business development, inside sales, and other professionals.
Experience in the Access Control industry, SaaS, or technology company is a plus.
