The Opportunity
This full-time position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced business administrator with a legal background to contribute to finance, operations, HR, and ad-hoc legal support while providing valued assistance to senior management.
Your role will be central to ensuring the firm's operational efficiency, compliance, and continued success.
Key Responsibilities
· Finance & Administration: Assist with the administration of payroll documentation, financial reporting, billing and transactional accounts, and oversee time recording.
· Compliance & Records Management: Support office and trust record keeping, oversee WHS compliance, and serve as a building liaison.
· Human Resources: Assist with onboarding, terminations, HR administration, and policy implementation.
· Operations & Technology: Assist withimplementation of new policies, training programs, software rollouts. and management of firm-wide IT issue reporting.
· Process Optimisation: Maintain the Office Procedures Manual, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiencies.
· Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including minute-taking for firm meetings.
· Ad-hoc Legal Support: Assist with general support to legal teams.
Skills & Experience
· Previous legal administrative experience.
· Proficient in software and IT solutions to enhance efficiency.
· Strong expertise in business administration and operations.
