The Opportunity
- Lead role in the finance, strategy, risk, operations, investor relations, capital raising, Treasury, M&A, tax, and governance in a rapidly scaling business.
- Partner with an experienced Board and Executive Team during an exciting phase of growth and transformation.
- Translate financial and business strategy into executable initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional projects that drive revenue, margin, and scale.
- Implement scalable systems, processes and policies, and controls that support growth.
What You’ll Bring
- CA/CPA Qualified, 5+ years of progressive finance leadership experience with at least 2 years in a CFO or leadership role ideally in a Fintech scale up.
- A change leader with commercial acumen and strategic thinking to drive and commercialise opportunities.
- A hands-on style—dig into the detail while stepping back to drive strategy. As well as driving strategic initiatives you will be involved in day-to-day finance requirements.
- Experienced in effectively dealing with Boards, Investors, and senior stakeholders.
- Strength in financial strategy, commercial analysis, reporting, governance, risk, and operational oversight.
- High IT literacy, cloud-based systems, business analytics, advanced financial and commercial analysis, forward looking and 3-way modelling.
