Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead the sales and marketing of NeoCity, our flagship 100-acre residential project in Sadashivpet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales strategy, team leadership, and revenue growth, ensuring strong market positioning and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify target customers (end-users, investors, NRIs) and create tailored sales approaches.
- Set up channel partnerships and corporate sales collaborations to expand market reach.
- Drive the entire sales funnel – lead generation, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
- Ensure high conversion rates through a data-driven approach and customer insights.
2. Marketing & Branding
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute branding, advertising, and digital campaigns.
- Plan and oversee launch events, property expos, and promotional activities.
- Develop digital marketing strategies for lead generation via Google Ads, social media, and real estate portals.
- Monitor competition and industry trends to position NeoCity as the preferred choice.
3. Team Leadership & Channel Management
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performance sales team.
- Build and manage a strong network of real estate brokers, channel partners, and influencers.
- Implement performance-driven incentives to motivate and drive sales teams.
- Ensure CRM adoption and reporting to track team performance.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients (HNWIs), investors, and homebuyers.
- Address customer concerns effectively and enhance the buyer experience.
- Develop referral programs and customer engagement initiatives to drive word-of-mouth sales.
5. Market Expansion & Revenue Growth
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion strategies.
- Forecast sales trends and align strategies to maximize profitability and ROI.
- Work closely with finance and operations to ensure smooth execution of sales transactions.
Key Requirements:
Experience & Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential townships, plotted developments, or villa projects.
- Proven track record in high-ticket sales, revenue generation, and achieving targets.
- Strong leadership abilities to build and manage sales teams effectively.
- Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and real estate branding strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software, real estate regulations, and market dynamics.
