We’re hiring a Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer to build and scale an outbound motion that leverages AI-driven tools to generate high-quality enterprise and mid-market SQLs. This role is perfect for a data-driven growth strategist who thrives on experimentation, automation, and crafting compelling outbound messaging that fuels pipeline growth. As a key member of our GTM sales team, you’ll be responsible for designing and optimizing outbound campaigns, utilizing a modern sales tech stack, and collaborating with marketing to establish consistent demand generation channels. This role is responsible for initial outreach, engaging leads on initial meetings, and assessing their fit within our sales funnel before handing them off to later-stage sales teams. You’ll work closely with marketing and solutions teams to deeply understand our product, translate insights into high-impact outreach strategies, and execute multi-channel campaigns that engage the right buyers at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

Build a Scalable Outbound Engine: Design and execute structured, data-driven outbound campaigns, creating a repeatable pipeline to test and refine new outreach strategies.

Interface with Customers: Act as the first point of contact for prospects by booking and hosting meetings with qualified prospects.

Track Buyer Intent Signals: Monitor our total addressable market (TAM) to identify key intent triggers, ensuring timely and strategic engagement with potential customers.

Execute High-Impact Outreach at Scale: Engage the right prospects at the right time, using automation to scale personalization across email, social media, and other creative outbound channels.

Maximize Sales Tech for Personalization: Leverage tools like Clay, Zapier, and Lemlist to automate, optimize, and personalize outbound prospecting at scale.

Support and Optimize Demand Generation Channels: Work closely with the demand generation and marketing teams to refine SEO, paid search, content marketing, and email marketing efforts, contributing insights and learnings to help balance lead quality and cost efficiency.

Own and Optimize Messaging Strategy: Lead A/B testing and iterative improvements across outreach sequences, ad copy, and marketing content, ensuring continuous refinement to maximize engagement, response rates, and conversion.

Coordinate Multi-Channel Campaigns: Work cross-functionally with product, sales, design, and engineering to launch integrated campaigns and ensure enterprise demand generation efforts are effectively tracked.
Qualifications & Skills

2+ years of experience in demand generation, sales development, or outbound strategy, preferably in B2B SaaS, IaaS, or cloud infrastructure.

Strong understanding of outbound sales processes, pipeline generation, and lead qualification in enterprise and mid-market segments.

Experience using AI-powered sales and marketing tools such as Clay, Zapier, Lemlist, or similar platforms to automate and personalize outbound prospecting.

Proficiency in multi-channel outreach (email, social, direct mail, paid ads) and the ability to optimize for engagement and conversion.

Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to track, measure, and report on outbound and demand generation performance.

Strong copywriting and messaging skills with the ability to craft compelling outbound sequences and marketing copy tailored to different buyer personas.

A test-and-learn mindset, with the ability to run rapid experiments, iterate on strategy, and scale what works.

Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align outbound and demand generation efforts.
Compensation:
