We’re on a mission to reshape the market, and we need a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) who is both ambitious and strategic, ready to drive growth and build our sales force from the ground up.
🎯 Who You Are
30-40 years old, based in North Bay, CA
A visionary sales leader with a proven track record in structuring and scaling startups
Experienced in high-value B2B or B2C sales, with strong deal-closing skills
Proven experience in investment-related industries – real estate, finance, or wealth management
A hands-on builder, ready to shape and lead a high-performance sales team
Bilingual English & Spanish – essential for our international partnerships
Driven by results, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for growth
