Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Sales Operations Supervisor to oversee and support both the
Sales Support and
Diagnostic teams. This role will ensure seamless coordination between sales, diagnostics, operations, and administrative functions. The
Sales Operations Supervisor will be responsible for driving efficiency, optimizing processes, ensuring accountability, and reporting on key performance metrics for both teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, an analytical mindset, and a passion for fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
- Supervise and provide leadership to both the Sales Support and Diagnostic teams, ensuring optimal performance, accountability, and professional development.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between both teams and senior management, providing regular updates and performance insights.
- Support both teams in achieving departmental goals through data analysis, identifying key trends, and implementing process improvements.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages communication, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- Provide coverage and support for Respiratory Account Executives (RAEs) as needed, maintaining continuity in service delivery.
Sales Support & Diagnostic Operations Management
- Oversee documentation processes to ensure timely and accurate logging and retrieval of essential paperwork, maintaining compliance with industry standards.
- Track and monitor conversion rates for various sales and diagnostic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance revenue generation and customer referrals, fostering strong professional relationships.
- Manage and optimize order processing systems to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Work cross-functionally with AR, sales, and operations teams to resolve issues and drive overall department success.
- Track and monitor OPO and CapOx conversions in addition to other sales and diagnostic-related data to enhance operational efficiency.
- Communicate directly with RAEs, physicians' offices, and referral sources to ensure seamless coordination and follow-up.
- Obtain and ensure the completion of unbilled documentation required by the AR team, working closely with internal stakeholders to minimize delays and support timely billing.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain detailed reports on both Sales Support and Diagnostic team performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, referral patterns, and performance metrics to drive strategic decision-making.
- Provide senior management with regular performance reports, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Ensure transparency and accountability by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records across both teams.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of durable medical equipment, respiratory products, or the healthcare industry (preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data reporting tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
