- Manage and maintain patient referral data, CRM, and sales reports.
- Assist in sales forecasting, performance tracking, and process optimization.
- Coordinate with PROs, marketing, and hospital teams for seamless operations.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with referring doctors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
