Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to drive efficiency and effectiveness across our sales organization. This individual will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HubSpot CRM, overseeing sales enablement tools, and providing data-driven insights to support our revenue strategy. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing sales operations for a B2G SaaS company. Having a head for data is a must, and using the best tools to support a modern sales organization is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Management: Maintain, optimize, and enhance HubSpot CRM to ensure accurate data tracking, reporting, and automation.
- Sales Enablement Tools: Manage and optimize the use of Seamless AI, ZoomInfo, Power Almanac, RFP aggregators, and other prospecting tools to improve lead generation and pipeline development.
- Sales Process Optimization: Work closely with sales leadership to refine sales processes, ensure proper pipeline management, and support forecasting.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Data Integrity & Hygiene: Ensure CRM data accuracy by implementing best practices for data entry, segmentation, and cleansing.
- RFP & Proposal Support: Monitor RFP aggregators, competitive bids, and RFP responses to surface opportunities, complete RFP responses, and provide strategic insight into positioning.
- Use of Modern AI Workflows: Use AI tools such as Clay, n8n, OpenAI, and others to gather, manage and enrich data, and automate processes.
- Use AI Workflows to Produce Content: Support our content creation, RFP response, and other processes through the use of AI and automated workflows, in conjunction with sales and marketing thought leaders and process owners.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role, preferably in SaaS.
- Strong experience with HubSpot CRM is required.
- Experience managing and integrating sales tools such as Seamless AI, ZoomInfo, Power Almanac, and RFP aggregators.
- Experience with the latest AI tools and interest and ability to continue to innovate with the latest tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation (Excel, HubSpot reporting, and BI tools).
- Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving operational improvements.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Curious and inquisitive, fast learner, and early adopter.
