About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Business Services function of a pioneering company where you’ll support a range of clients, helping them navigate a dynamic, tech-led environment. You’ll play a key part in building operational processes from the ground up while ensuring each customer has a brilliant experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Client Support – Be a trusted first point of contact for business clients, delivering exceptional service and ensuring a smooth onboarding and account experience.
- Process Creation – Help design and implement scalable, efficient processes to support continued growth across new markets and product areas.
- Compliance Checks – Handle business vetting and KYB (Know Your Business) checks for new sign-ups, ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets internal standards.
- Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with internal product and tech teams, sharing client feedback and contributing to the development of user-friendly tools and features.
