The Sales Operations team is critical to Malt's ambitious growth plans through optimizing sales processes and tools, coupled with robust performance analysis.
As a Sales Operations Intern, you will be a key driver of this growth, empowering our sales teams to achieve peak performance.
You will be responsible for supporting Enterprise segment.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach, capable of collaborating effectively with local leadership and sales rep. teams. You will be part of the field Sales Operations team, reporting to the field sales operations.
Key responsibilities ✨:
- Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth local performance analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to sales leadership and teams
- Sales Portfolio & Target Management: Manage sales portfolios and targets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Process & Tool Optimization: Co-build, deploy, and refine global sales processes and tools within the local context, ensuring seamless integration and adoption
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the Global Operations team, local sales leadership, and sales teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Training & Enablement: Deliver training programs for sales teams on new tools, processes, and best practices coming from the Global Operations team
About You 🧑🚀
- Currently enrolled in business school or similar and looking for a 6 month end-of-studies internship starting in July 2026.
- Ideally with previous experience in sales operations, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS or tech company, or in a consulting firm
- Strong analytical skills, experience with sales data analysis is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Problem-solving, well-organized and solution-oriented, strong in change management
- Hands-on, likes to build tools and processes and follow up on their adoption by business teams
- Curious and team player
- A fluent level of English is essential to be able to communicate with an international team & French is a strong plus.

- Interview with your Manager to discuss your experience and the role in more detail (45 minutes)
- Meeting in english with Operations Director & your manager for a little case (1 hour)
