Job Summary:
Stormtec is looking for a Sales Operations Administrator to keep our sales systems running smoothly, ensure data accuracy, and support the handoff from sales to operations. This is a key role that helps our technical sales team focus on what they do best—winning work and building strong customer relationships.
Compensation & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve our CRM (Pipedrive) and ERP (NetSuite) systems.
- Ensure clean, complete, and consistent data across platforms.
- Set up projects and documentation after deals are won, and coordinate with project management and operations team to ensure smooth transition
- Monitor bid sites (e.g., BC Bid, MERX) and enter qualified leads into the CRM.
- Prepare weekly pipeline reports and support quarterly KPI reviews.
- Provide first-line support for CRM and quoting tools.
- Draft SOPs, training guides, and assist with internal sales documentation
- Data entry, import and export with various internal systems
Qualifications and skills:
Required:
- 3+ years in sales operations, CRM/ERP admin, or revenue operations.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP).
- Experience monitoring construction bid portals and qualifying leads.
- Organized, detail-focused, and confident enforcing data standards.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Preferred:
- Background in construction, water treatment estimation or project coordination is an asset.
- Experience with tools like Pipedrive, NetSuite, Zapier, or Make is a plus.
